Dr Haynes has been practicing Family Medicine for over 25 years. He currently cares for patients and educates residents and students while serving as the Family Medicine Residency Program Director at the University of TN College of Medicine-Chattanooga/Erlanger Family Medicine residency program. Dr Haynes has a particular interest in outpatient medicine for all ages, women’s health, musculoskeletal care, underserved care, global medicine, and medical education. Prior to joining Erlanger in 2011, Dr Haynes served for 24 years in the U.S. Air Force. His final duty station was Eglin Air Force Base where he served as the Family Medicine Residency Program Director from 2007 to 2011 prior to retirement.
