Dr. Becca Deal is an esteemed general surgeon who brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to Cody Regional Health. Graduating from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 2009, Dr. Deal continued her medical journey at Rush University in Chicago, where she completed her medical education from 2009 to 2013. Subsequently, she pursued her residency in general surgery at Rush and Cook County Hospital, where she received comprehensive training and honed her surgical skills. Initially drawn to the field of medicine with aspirations of becoming a pediatrician or family medicine doctor, Dr. Deal's path took an unexpected turn during her third year of medical school.
