Poonam Misra
Poonam Misra, MD completed her Glaucoma Fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center in 2019 after residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Misra received her BS with a major in Biology and minor in Philosophy from the Boston College, College of Art & Sciences Honors Program, in 2010, and MD degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in 2014. Dr. Misra was previously in the NYU Department of Ophthalmology as a full time member of the Faculty Group Practice, as well as resident educator at Bellevue Hospital. In her clinical practice she focuses on adult glaucoma, comprehensive ophthalmology and cataract surgery. She is a member of the American Glaucoma Society and American Academy of Ophthalmology.Services
