Althea specializes in treating acute illness and injury.  After studying public health in college, she discovered through an internship that providing health care and improving someone's health and well-being was more fulfilling.  Althea was born at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis. She chose Samaritan because she believes in the mission of building healthier communities together. Away from the office, she enjoys cooking, being outdoors, taking her dog on hikes and spending time with family.
