Dr Randall Castor joined Beaufort Memorial Express Care & Occupational Health in 2019.
An experienced board-certified family medicine specialist, he has worked for most of his career in urgent care clinics and hospital emergency departments. He also has served as medical director of skilled nursing facilities, a county health department and two EMS systems.
In 2013, Dr Castor opened his own urgent care clinic in Bryson City, North Carolina, and over time expanded it to five locations to provide medical care to underserved communities.
Among his professional interests are geriatric medicine and performing procedures. A gifted counselor, he is happy to sit down with his patients and listen to their concerns.
