John F Pensock, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowships at Drexel University College of Medicine and Allegheny General Hospital. Dr Pensock joined the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in 2012. His clinical interests include interventional, general, and preventive cardiology. Dr Pensock is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association. In his spare time, Dr Pensock enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cycling, and traveling.
