As an ob-gyn, I feel one of my biggest responsibilities is to educate my patients. I listen to their whole story and then provide information they can use to inform their care and to stay as healthy as possible. I believe empowering women to take control of their own health improves patient outcomes.
My husband and I met in medical school in Florida and moved to Charlotte for residency training. We fell in love with the Queen City and are happy to now be raising our family here. Together, we enjoy cooking, exploring new restaurants and traveling.

Having a patient trust you to bring their baby into the world is one of the biggest privileges a doctor can be given. As an ob-gyn, I get to do this often, and I am thankful for every single patient and every single delivery. This is just part of the reason I was drawn to the field after my women's health rotation in medical school.
