Each of my patients is unique, and their health needs are as well. I strive to offer each patient holistic, individualized attention. That often starts with assessing how lifestyle factors, dietary habits, sleep and stress work together to impact their overall health and hormone levels. I want to not only identify a patient's health concerns, but work with them to address issues and monitor progress with regular gynecologic screenings.
Growing up in Atlanta was when I first discovered I wanted to be a physician. That eventually led me to the University of Virginia, where I started my medical education and met my wonderful husband, Dillon. We have three amazing children: Carter, Spencer and Emma. When I am not spending time with family and friends, I enjoy traveling, golf and tennis.

I believe medical care should be more than one single encounter: It should be an ongoing relationship between a patient and a provider. That's why the specialty of obstetrics and gynecology is perfect for me, as it allows me to get to know my patients as individuals and to see them through so many stages of life.
