During a vulnerable time in my patients’ lives, I’m there to help. My goal is to make what is often a challenging experience better, in any possible way. My care is patient-centered. That means I am a good listener who wants to hear every patient’s story so I can understand and validate their concerns. I answer questions in a way that’s easy to understand. Communication is key to helping us form a partnership so we can address health needs together. A patient who understands their illness, who can manage it safely at home and feels comfortable voicing concerns is a patient in control of their health journey. I want that for all my patients. I go above and beyond to help them reach that goal. We celebrate victories large and small together.
