Dr Perla Macip-Rodriguez, MD, FAAHPM, completed her medical education at the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla in Puebla, Mexico, where she was born and raised. She currently serves as the Clinical Director for Community Engagement in the Supportive Oncology Department at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Additionally, she is a Senior Physician in both the Inpatient and Outpatient Division of Palliative Care and an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Academically, Dr Macip-Rodriguez is a clinician educator and Co-Director of the Palliative Care Fellowship Health Equity Curriculum and Track.
