Sharib Gaffar, MD, FAAP, is an attending physician at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Pediatrics at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Gaffar’s clinical focus is on invasive pediatric cardiology, involving interventional procedures for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes for patients with congenital heart disease. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in genetics from the University of California, Irvine in 2012, Dr Gaffar completed his Doctor of Medicine in 2017 at Tulane University School of Medicine.
