Dr Murillo has done extensive research in cystic fibrosis and has published over 50 papers in peer-reviewed journals. He has presented his research at numerous conferences, including the American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians, and World Congress of Cystic Fibrosis. Dr Murillo is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
