Dr Kaitlyn West provides primary care for all children, from birth to 18 years of age, promoting wellness and disease prevention, as well as treating acute and chronic illnesses. She is also a certified lactation counselor and provides breastfeeding/lactation support for breastfeeding mothers.
As a college student, Dr West was inspired to pursue a career in medicine when she worked as a counselor at a camp for critically ill kids. She saw how impactful a pediatrician could be in the lives of those courageous children.
“I chose pediatrics so I could serve children and families in a way that could make a true impact,” she says.
