Rachel Hopson, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a particular interest in preventive care and community health. Rachel's goal is to educate patients on healthy lifestyles and aid them in reducing their risks of developing chronic illnesses. She strives to serve her community through building relationships with patients and focusing on the continuity of their care. After more than 8 years in Emergency Medicine, Rachel transitioned to Family Practice. She is an active member of her community and is proud to serve the people of Central Texas. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, riding horses and working on her family's farm.
