Having grown up in Houston, TX, Dr. Steve L. Koo went to The University of Texas and graduated with honors, earning his degree in Chemical Engineering. He later studied at Texas A&M University to receive his Master’s in Chemical Engineering before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1999!Afterward, Dr. Koo completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Houston, graduating in 2007, and ended up partnering with Dr. Thomas Weil to create Piney Point Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of Katy & Cypress!
