Dr Elizabeth Nolte (Harkin) is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic trauma surgeon. She completed her trauma fellowship at the world-renowned R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, the first trauma center in the United States. As an orthopaedic traumatologist at eastern Wisconsin’s only adult Level I Trauma Center, Dr Nolte is responsible for treating some of the most complex, and severe orthopaedic injuries in Wisconsin. This includes fractures and dislocations of the upper extremities, lower extremities and pelvis. Patients from across the state, and often from outside health systems, seek her expertise for routine and highly complex fractures.
