I am from the south and have spent equal amounts of time living in Kentucky, Florida, and South Carolina. I attended the University of Florida where I obtained my bachelors in biology, before going to medical school at the University of South Carolina. I moved to Wisconsin in order to work with cancer patients directly in the hospital. I believe that taking care of a patient involves not only medical treatment but also getting to know the patient as well. This bond with the patient helps me to teach the patient about their current medical condition and what we are able to do to help treat their issues.
