Tyler Tanzyus

Tyler Tanzyus, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients 18 years and older. He specializes in treating a variety of neurological conditions, including migraines, headaches, tremors, seizures, stroke and nerve damage. He provides injections for migraines, non-surgical treatment options for radiculopathy and neurological rehabilitation.

Tyler is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care. He believes in establishing transparent and open communication with his patients to better understand their medical concerns and requirements. Tyler provides patients with the necessary education and information about their treatment options so they feel comfortable and can be involved in the decision-making process.
