Samuel Carter
Samuel D. Carter, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon with Norton Orthopedic Institute. He specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopy. Dr. Carter earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery. He completed a fellowship in sports medicine and arthroscopy at Orthopaedic Research of Virginia, Richmond. Dr. Carter is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and holds subspecialty certification in sports medicine.
