Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I chose a career in medicine because I love helping people and pushing myself to be the best provider I can be. Orthopedics resonated with me particularly because of the nature of the diagnoses and their effect on an individual's function. I enjoy working with patients to maximize their recovery and to utilize a plan that works for them. What I want my patients to know about me: I have an athletic background and worked in emergency medicine services prior to obtaining my Physician Assistant Certification. These experiences have shown me the importance of orthopedic care and the significance of regaining musculoskeletal functionality.
