Dr Brotherson grew up in Roosevelt, Utah, a rural agricultural community of about 5000 where he graduated from Union High School. He attended Southern Utah University and went on to complete his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dixie State University in St. George UT.Wanting to return closer to where he grew up Dr Brotherson began his career at Community Hospital in Grand Junction where he continues to practice.
