Dr. Zaki is likely a good doctor but the South Florida ENT Associates is a terribly managed office, with under qualified staff that cannot get simple tasks properly accomplished, and rude to add insult to injury. On my first visit, the staff made me wait 2 hours past my appointment time, of which 30 minutes were waiting inside the room waiting for Dr. Zaki. Once he came in, he was nice and thorough but did not take longer than 5 minutes with me. I was a new patient. On the second visit, I came in for a simple hearing test. I was made to wait 1.5 hours after my appointment time. Again I asked what was the hold up, and as in the first visit, the answer was that the doctor was backed up. Hence, they appear to routinely overbook him. The test took 7 minutes. So the amount of wasted time for me when visiting Dr. Zaki's office in not worth the effort; he is good but there are many like him all over Miami. On my third visit, after responding to the appointment confirmation text on 2 separate occasions, I show up at my appointment with 5 minutes to spare, just to make sure that I would be the first patient right after their lunch break, and upon arrival and having waited about 15 minutes outside their door, they finally answered the phone, telling me that their office was closed that day due to a alarm system test. What?? the person who answered the phone claimed that they called me. I have my phone records, I never received a call from anyone at that office or from that office at all. Obviously I will not be returning; Dr. Zaki is not worth these agravations, I would encourage him to find another practice! I would never recommend SFENTA to anyone AT ALL.
