Zachary T. Lyon, DO
Dr Zachary Lyon, D.O., a Brigham Young University graduate, was deeply involved in the marching band and ballroom dance. He received the Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) fellowship and served a two-year ecclesiastical mission in South Korea. At Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, he discovered his passion for orthopaedic surgery. Dr Lyon was awarded the Rossnick Humanitarian grant for a medical mission in Peru. He completed his orthopaedic residency at Larkin General Hospital in Florida and pursued a spine surgery fellowship at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. Beyond medicine, Dr Lyon holds a black belt in taekwondo, earned an Eagle Scout award, and competes in marathons passionately.
