She received fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Mass.
She is actively involved in clinical trials to study novel treatments for pulmonary fibrosis. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and she has made presentations at national conferences.
