As an osteopathic-trained primary care sports medicine physician, I strongly believe in the tenets of osteopathic medicine, and take a whole-body, patient-centered approach to treatment. I specialize in non-operative musculoskeletal care, managing acute injuries, chronic injuries, overuse injuries and fractures. I also focus on relative energy deficiency syndrome (RED-S), a condition of low energy availability that affects male and female athletes of all levels and ages, concussion management and landmark (intramuscular) or ultrasound-guided injections. I earned an undergraduate degree in kinesiology (the scientific study of human body movement) from Pennsylvania State University.
