Richard Culver

Dr. Richard Russell Culver was certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2015, Dr. Culver received his medical degree from St. George’s University in 2006. He completed his internship at Morristown Memorial Hospital in 2011 and his residency in diagnostic radiology at Norwalk Hospital, in affiliation with Yale University Medical Center, in 2015. He served as chief resident from 2013 through 2015 and then proceeded to his fellowship in neuroradiology at Yale University Medical Center, where he was co-chief fellow in 2016.
Dr. Culver is the former chief of neuroradiology at Norwalk Hospital where he served on staff from 2016 through 2021. In addition, to neuroradiology Dr. Culver’s additional areas of interest and experience includemammography and women’s imaging including breast biopsies and procedures as an MQSA-certified breast imager as well as body imaging, MRI, and general diagnostic radiology. 
He is now serving on staff at Stamford Health as of April 2021 as the vice chairman of radiology. Dr. Culver has been honored as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2020.
