A native of Dutchess County, Dr Fulton has spent nearly the past two decades at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the department of surgery. His surgical interests centered on complex surgical and endovascular treatment of vascular disease with emphasis on peripheral/visceral revascularization and surgical access for dialysis.
