Boris Ovodenko
Dr. Ovodenko has fourteen years of experience performing cataract surgery including toric and multifocal implant technology, as well as comprehensive eye care. His motto is "your vision is my passion". Dr. Ovodenko graduated Summa Cum Laude in three years from Johns Hopkins University. He completed his medical degree at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn and an internship at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He completed a Glaucoma Research Fellowship and Ophthalmology residency at the prestigious New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, followed by more than two years of learning advanced cataract surgery from the world's foremost leader in the field, Rochard J. Mackool, Sr, MD. As a resident instructor for five years at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, Dr. Ovodenko was dedicated to training the next generation of eye surgeons in the clinic and the operating room.
