William Lipham
William J. Lipham, M.D., F.A.C.S, is a board-certified Fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology specializing in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at Minnesota Eye Consultants. Dr. Lipham’s specialties include surgery of the eyelids, tear drainage system, and the orbit.
