C. Jeffrey Pennell, MD, FACS, received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University. He attended medical school at Louisiana State University Medical Center, in Shreveport, LA and later interned there in the Department of Medicine, where he was given the award for excellence in the undergraduate study of ophthalmology. Dr. Pennell continued his training at the Scott and White Memorial Hospital, Department of Ophthalmology, completing his residency there.Services
