Parmanand Singh

Dr. Singh received his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from New York University. He then earned his medical doctorate from Harvard Medical School. Thereafter, he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College-New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he also served as an assistant chief resident. He continued and completed a cardiology fellowship at Hofstra North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System, with a focus on advanced cardiac imaging including Transthoracic and Tranesophageal Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac CT. Following this training, Dr. Singh joined the Weill Medical College in July 2011 as a full-time faculty member. Dr. Singh practices General Cardiology, Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiography at the New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical College campus. Dr. Singh also treats patients with coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, hypertension and other general cardiology conditions. He works in close affiliation with all of the physicians in the Division of Cardiology, including subspecialists in Cardiac Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Catheterization, and Non-Invasive Testing.
