Jennifer Phan, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist who sees patients of all ages. She earned her undergraduate degree at Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed five years of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis prior to joining Community Physician Network.Dr. Phan is married and has one son.
