She also received an honors specialization in medical sciences from University of Western Ontario. She completed her residency at University of Connecticut Health Center and a fellowship at NYU Winthrop Hospital.She has a special interest in all things endocrinology, with a particular interest in transgender medicine and obesity medicine.
