Brooke Lehmann, DNP, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, is an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner who is an expert in providing patient-centered, holistic primary care with cultural humility for older adults. She earned her bachelor's in nursing from Creighton University and her doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Michigan focusing on health policy and quality improvement. She completed a one-year nurse practitioner residency at the Washington, DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center in primary care focusing on geriatric medicine. Dr Lehmann also brings expertise in implementing quality improvement initiatives and developing health policy to reduce healthcare disparities among vulnerable populations.
