Ali Zakaria, M.D. is a board-certified Gastroenterology and Hepatology physician and is also trained in Advanced Interventional Endoscopy. Dr. Zakaria received his medical degree from the University of Jordan, completed his Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at Ascension Providence Hospital and Medical Center in Southfield, Mich., before completing an additional Advanced Endoscopy fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center/Tampa General Hospital – University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla.Dr. Zakaria is devoted to persistently improving his knowledge and skills to provide the best care guided by patient safety and positive outcomes.
