Dr. Sebastian Rubino, MD, is a neurosurgical oncologist specializing in the neurosurgical treatment of brain and spine tumors, as well as treatment of spinal and general neurosurgical pathologies. He provides comprehensive care at Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH) and Northwell Health Physician Partners Neurosurgery at 501 Seaview Avenue on Staten Island, New York. Dr. Rubino earned his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire and completed his neurosurgery residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital in Albany, New York.
