Dr Macaulay joined the Department of Anatomic Pathology at Moffitt Cancer Center in the summer of 2014, with a joint appointment as Full Professor at the Morsani College of Medicine, USF. His shift to Moffitt was motivated by a desire to contribute more directly to advancements in neuro-oncology, particularly in molecular pathology. He is heavily engaged in providing clinical neuropathology service, fellow/resident teaching, and administrative duties, similar to his role as a member of the Department of Pathology at Dalhousie University from 1999-2014.
