Dr Peter Forsyth is Chairman of the Neuro-Oncology Program at Moffitt Cancer Center and Professor of Oncology at the University of South Florida. An internationally recognized Neuro-Oncology physician-scientist, Dr Forsyth joined Moffitt in 2011 after more than a decade with the Tom Baker Cancer Centre at the University of Calgary in Canada, where he was a Professor of Oncology and Neurosciences, as well as Associate Director of Research. Dr Forsyth has a strong interest in malignant, invasive glioma brain tumors. He is currently investigating several tumor-inhibiting agents in Phase I and 2 clinical trials. His laboratory interests are in gliomas and melanoma brain metastases.
