Dr Suz is an Associate Member in the Department of Anesthesiology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Suz earned her MD degree at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana - School of Medicine, Bogota, Colombia. She completed an Anesthesiology Residency at The University of Texas and a Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesiology Fellowship at the Heart and Vascular Institute and Methodist Hospital, at The University of Texas. Dr Suz's main clinical and research interests include the Anesthesia/Surgery collaboration to optimize perioperative anesthetic management for complex HPB and other GI procedures, as well as the intraoperative management of patients with neuroendocrine (carcinoid) tumors.
