Ashley Wiltshire, MD is a reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist and a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist. She earned her medical degree at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Conn. and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. Prior to joining Columbia University Fertility Center, she completed her subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at NYU Langone Health in New York City. Dr. Wiltshire is passionate about patient advocacy, reproductive justice, and improving access to fertility care for all. Her research interests include IVF outcome optimization, fertility preservation, third party reproduction, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids and health disparities. She has presented her research findings at many national and international medical conferences and has also published in multiple peer-reviewed journals. When it comes to a person’s fertility journey, there are many different avenues, experiences, timelines and personal desires involved. With this in mind, Dr. Wiltshire is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space to help patients reach their fertility goals through compassionate, individualized and evidence-based care.
