I enjoy partnering with patients on their health care journeys through all stages of life. I strive to deliver optimal care using an evidence-based approach. Getting to truly know my patients is very important to me and the foundation to building the ultimate patient-doctor relationship. I am sports medicine trained and believe all patients are athletes in different stages of the game. When applicable, I enjoy using osteopathic manipulative treatment to help facilitate the body’s natural tendency toward self-healing.
I am dually board certified in family medicine and sports medicine. I have many years of sideline sports coverage spanning from youth sports through Division I college sports.
