Johan Nordenstam, MD, PhD
I am a colorectal surgeon in the University of Florida Department of Surgery. My clinical interests surround treating anorectal physiology and the treatment of colorectal diseases such as colon cancer and rectal cancer. My expertise is in ulcerative colitis, Chron's disease, colorectal cancer, hemorrhoids, colonoscopy, rectal prolapse and fecal incontinence. I received my medical degree from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweeden. I completed my residency in colon and rectal surgery at the University of Minnesota, where I remained to complete an accredited fellowship in colon and rectal surgery and minimally invasive colorectal surgery.
