Dr Ehrhardt is originally from Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. He graduated from Brown University magna cum laude with honors in 1993 and lived in the Boston area for two years doing research in protein chemistry before coming back to Wisconsin to go to medical school. He graduated from medical School in 1999. He met his wife during medical school and they couples matched in Portland, Oregon before moving back to Madison to complete internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Dr Ehrhardt have been working for SSM Health Dean Medical Group since he graduated from fellowship in 2005.
