I came to with a prior elbow fracture and clear documentation of posttraumatic arthritis. Despite multiple warnings about my pain and injury, she performed a forceful maneuver during the exam that immediately spiked my pain and caused further injury, causing severe swelling and loss of function. When I urgently asked for further assessment and proper documentation, both Dr. Sheng and her supervisor refused help and left my injury out of the records. My care was abruptly cancelled, and my condition worsened. If you have a chronic injury or want your concerns respected, I strongly recommend finding another provider.
