Dr Mark Tullman is White Plains Hospital’s Associate Director of Multiple Sclerosis. After spending 14 years practicing medicine in his hometown of St. Louis, he was delighted to return to the greater New York metropolitan area and medical community in October 2025. Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr Tullman earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri. He then completed an internal medicine internship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by a neurology residency and multiple sclerosis postdoctoral fellowship at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
