Dr D'Amora, a seasoned geriatric medicine specialist, graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. After a family medicine residency at Carilion Clinic and 6 years of practice, she completed a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship in 2009. Now an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, she also serves as the Assistant Program Director of the Geriatric Medicine Fellowship, and coordinates geriatric rotations for VTC medical students. Dr D'Amora's expertise extends to the Center for Healthy Aging Memory Disorder Clinic, where she compassionately cares for patients with cognitive disorders and dementia.
