She showed up late in dirty clothes and made me wait while she used paid session time to look over my records for the first time ever. After she yanked my arm out of the socket and tore an already damaged ligament she promised with more sessions I'd be fully cured, the doctors say my condition can only be managed but never cured. I told her this but she ignored me and just kept talking about booking more visits.

I walked out of there feeling like I was going to die and spent the rest of the week half crippled laying on a heating pad trying to fix what she did to me. When I told her this she said the last session went really well and I need to book more appointments. So dishonest and inept it'd be a joke if she wasn't ripping people off and hurting them. 0/5 stars

Sara Locke injured me so badly I lost my career and live every day in constant pain. Every doctor I've seen tells me her treatment was way out of line and that in the near future I'll likely become fully paralyzed from this injury.

Physical therapy from Sara Locke was the worst thing that ever happened to me and I'll live the rest of my life with the damage she caused. This woman should not be practicing medicine.
