Deborah Disco
Deborah Disco CPNP, APRN is a 1980 graduate of the Yale University School of Nursing where she received her MSN in Pediatric Nursing and training as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She has been a provider for pediatric hematology/oncology patients, with a special interest in sickle cell and benign hematology, including hemophilia, since 1993. Prior to that, she had over 12 years of experience as a primary care nurse practitioner in pediatrics, working in a variety of settings including hospital pediatric clinics and private practice.Deborah's primary interest is working with children with chronic blood diseases and their families, with emphasis on helping them understand and manage their illness. She believes that a team approach, working closely with all health care team members, is a very important part of caring for children with chronic disease and their families.Services
