Dr. Christie Lech is an Residency Program Director in the Departments of Emergency Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital -Weill Cornell Medicine and New York Presbyterian-Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUMC) in the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons (VP&S). She received her MD, Medicine from New York Medical College. Dr. Lech is active in the Community of Residency Directors (CORD). Her professional interests focus on program evaluation and learner assessment. She has an interest in clinical debriefing and peer support. Dr. Lech is board-certified in American Board of Emergency Medicine. In addition, she serves as NYU Department of Emergency Medicine, Residency Recruitment Committee Chair and Founder and is a member of Council of Residency Directors (CORD), Remediation Task Force. Dr. Lech was honored with the Harvard Macy Program for Postgraduate Trainees: Future Academic Clinical Educators for contributions to future academic clinical education
