Amita Singh, MD, MS is an assistant professor and the department Physician Director of Quality for the department of neurology at the University of Florida College of Medicine. She earned two bachelor's degrees, one in psychology and another physiology and neurobiology, from the University of Maryland. Then, she went on to achieve a master's degree from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH and her medical degree from the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta. After graduation, she pursued her neurology residency and vascular neurology fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle, where she was the chief resident in neurology.
